Tarsem Singh Uppal, aged 86, passed away on the morning of November 24th, 2020, at the Stratford General Hospital. He passed in the early hours of the morning surrounded by the comfort of his family.

Tarsem Uppal is survived by his wife Gian Kaur Uppal, his children Rashpal, Malkit, Jasbir, Charajit, Kulwinder, Paramjit, and Jaswant along with their respective spouses. In addition, Tarsem is survived by his late-siblings as well as his loving grandchildren, and their respective spouses, and great-grandchildren.

Tarsem Uppal lived a long, healthy, and virtuous life around the world living in countries such as India, the United Kingdom, and many parts of Canada. He was an active member of the Sikh community and would consistently ensure that he did his best efforts to uphold the teachings and virtues of Sikhi. His constant happiness and love for his family will be greatly cherished as he touched the lives of many.

His funeral will be held remotely on December 2nd, 2020, due to the ongoing pandemic. We value the safety and health of his extended family therefore only parts of his immediate family will be in attendance. Below is the information to virtually attend the ceremony via Zoom.
